The Mudgeeraba Show Society holds a regular working bee over a weekend to help provide much needed tender loving care to the showgrounds and its upkeep.

The working bee comprises of individuals who willingly give up their time and volunteer to help improve the showgrounds and ensure they are well presented and efficiently working for the annual Mudgeeraba Show and regular events held on the grounds throughout the year.
Working Bee achievements:
Construction of new grandstands
All fences and gates painted
Construction of a Ring Event judging office (located at the northern end of the event ring)
Installation of additional lights on the grounds to provide more lighting at night time
Construction of footpaths around the grounds for pedestrian access in wet conditions
General ground maintenance
Construction of veranda railings
Repair of building roof
Installing new posts and putting up new fences around the showgrounds
