The Mudgeeraba Show has the following facilities available on the showgrounds:

- Horse Float Parking
- Seating and grandstands
- 3 entry gates for patrons to gain admission
Please note:
- Sorry, no dogs are allowed on the grounds
- No BYO alcohol
- Restricted smoking event (please check the showground map for designated smoking areas)
- The Showgrounds are wheelchair access friendly, both around the grounds and access to the pavilions.
- There is plenty of seating available around the showgrounds, both full sun and shaded.
- The Showgrounds have security on duty for the duration of the Mudgeeraba Show, 24 hours a day.

Recommended parking:
- There is parking opposite the showgrounds next to the Mosaic - A Baptist Church at $5 per vehicle, with pedestrian access under the road to the Entry Gate.
- This is the recommended parking option for the Mudgeeraba Show as it has plenty of spaces and easy access to the showgrounds.
Parking available at the following locations with a "park and ride" bus service available:
- Boowaggan Road - (this is the recommended FREE and secure parking option for Park and Ride)
- Mudgeeraba Historical Museum
- Firth Park (Sunday Only)
