The Annual General Meeting of Mudgeeraba Show Society Inc. will be held in the Bill Deacon Pavilion on Monday the 17th of October 2022 at 7pm. All members and invited guests are welcome to attend.
The meeting will include the following items for presentation and acceptance:
- 2021 Annual General Meeting minutes
- President’s report
- Secretary’s report
- Treasurer’s report
- the financial statement for the last financial year, covering
- income and expenditure
- assets and liabilities
- auditor’s report about the financial position
- the audited or verified financial statements
- appointment of auditor for the next financial year
- elect members of the Management Committee
- appointment of Patrons
- Life Member nominations (if any)
- other items as listed on agenda which will be emailed to all current members.
