No Camping on Showgrounds
Overnight stays (tents, caravans, motorhomes) are not permitted at the Mudgeeraba Showgrounds. Please use local accommodation options nearby.

Bill Deacon Pavilion
(Main Pavilion or BDP)
Hire of the Bill Deacon Pavilion includes use of:
- The building, toilets and kitchen; tables and chairs within store-room
- Joint use of bitumen carpark and access roadway.
(Excludes use of bar, coolroom and offices.)
Helen Ripper Pavilion
(HRP)
Hire of the Helen Ripper Pavilion includes use of:
- Building
- Joint use of bitumen carpark and access roadway.

Ted & Sue Shepherd Pavilion
(TSSP)
Hire of the Ted & Sue Shepherd Pavilion includes use of:
- Building, toilets, kitchenette, tables and chairs within building
- Joint use of bitumen carpark and access roadway

Eastern Ground Hire
Hire of the Eastern side of the showgrounds includes use of:
- All bitumen roadways to the East of the Showgrounds dividing fence
- All grassed areas to the East of the Showgrounds dividing fence
(excludes use of all buildings and structures within this area and the bitumen roadway and carpark associated with the Bill Deacon Pavilion.)

Western Ground Hire
Hire of the Western side of the showgrounds includes use of:
- All bitumen roadways to the West and north/west of the Showgrounds dividing fence
- All grassed areas to the West and north/west of the Showgrounds dividing fence
(excludes use of all buildings and structures within this area and the joint use area adjacent to the Helen Ripper Pavilion.)
