Community Hero Awards

The 1st Annual Division 9 Community Hero Awards, hosted by the Mudgeeraba Show Society was held at the Mudgeeraba Community Centre on Saturday the 3rd of February 2024. Over 100 Community Heros were recognized in front of their friends and family for passionately volunteering their time, energy and resources to make our community a better place. It was a wonderful evening, and we congratulate all of the award recipients.

We were proud to have our very own recognized as Community Heros too, Congratulations to Peter Gardner, Barbara Battrick, Glennys Moore, Yula Harris & Bethany McDonald.
What a wonderful community we live in 💚
We wish to thank Yula’s Kitchen for her delicious catering, Jessica Melling & TopSpec Electrical for the amazing balloon backdrop, Glennys Moore for her administrative support, Glenn TOZER for Mudgeeraba & Hinterland (Division 9) for presenting the awards and FreddyMatch for judging. This event was also proudly supported by City of Gold Coast.
